Bringing the latest on projects in motion, Limassol Cyprus is set to take new heights with its skyline being transformed to familiar high-rise beach front cities around the world. Limassol Beach House is one project that underwent changes with its new 250 sqm lateral beach front apartment being stripped back to its core, the client's request was to drastically improve flow and functionality. A full demolition of the existing layout was redesigned incorporating new windows, ceiling, flooring and plumbing. Functional joinery was designed in Italy whilst incorporating AC, lighting and the highest specification of technology and security. Bespoke furniture was designed to meet the brief of a rich palette yet a laid back beach feel with pastel colours. 

Another Limassol project will be located adjacent to the St Raphael Marina which is located 6 miles East of the centre and is part of the luxury 5 star St Raphael Resort. The only private Marina in Cyprus, St Raphael has over 230 berths for yachts up to 30m LOA and a world class luxury resort on its doorstep. The luxury residential development by UHA architects will be located on a 7433 sq m (1.58 Acres) south facing seafront plot. Christian Baas Design is in concept phase for a private residence with uninterrupted sea views. 

As the West End of London regains its international allure, The Knightsbridge has undergone a full refurbishment with one of its 5 bedroom suites overlooking the heart of Knightsbridge. Christian Baas Designs vision was to modernise the apartment by improving flow and functionality for a young couple. A second bedroom was redesigned to merge with the Master suite and includes a walk in wardrobe built around bespoke furniture and incorporating vitrines to showcase the client's unique collection of handbags.

Other rooms were to create a sophisticated environment by using exceptional materials, creating a truly magnificent space that reflects an understated luxury aesthetic.
